semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips

silken tofu

Siggi vegan Toasted Coconut

coconut sugar
Instructions
Place chocolate into a double boiler with coconut sugar and stir until melted.
Add silken tofu, yogurt, and melted chocolate to a food processor and puree until smooth.
Spoon mousse into bowls and chill for a few hours.
Serve with sliced fruit and coconut whipped cream.
