Ciabatta roll
Picked Daikon and Carrot
Instructions
Soak black-eyed peas overnight.
Rub the skin off the peas.
Puree the black-eyed peas in a food processor with the remaining ingredients until it is the consistency of hummus.
Drop a dollop of puree in boiling oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve on the ciabatta with pickled daikon and carrot.
